Online Payments - ParentPay

Online Payments - ParentPay

We have an online payment facility called ParentPay which you can use to pay for your child’s lunch money. We hope to extend to other areas in the near future so you can also pay for uniform and trips online.

ParentPay is a reputable company, used by many schools nationwide. It is accessed through a secure website from which you can top up your account balance. This means there is no need for your child to take cash into school.

Please click on the ParentPay logo to go to the website.

You will need a username and password to activate your account. We issue these to Year 7 students when they join our Academy.

New to ParentPay?

Click on the logo above to take you to the ParentPay website, and click ‘Activate new account’.

You will need your username and password to activate your new secure online account.

You will be prompted to change these and choose something memorable.

Once you have activated your account you can make online payments straight away.

If you have two or more children at the Academy, you only need to activate one main account and then add your other children to it via the ‘Add a Child’ tab on the homepage.

Already have a ParentPay account?

If you already have a ParentPay account, either with our school or another one, you can simply log into that account and add your other children via the ‘Add a Child’ tab on your home page. You will need your activation username and password to do this.

Not everyone is able to pay online. As an alternative, just contact the school and ask to be issued with a PayPoint Card. You can use this card in a number of shops where you see the PayPoint logo, and pay cash to load up your ParentPay account balance.
