Dear Parents/Carers

This year we are vaccinating the Year 8 girls and boys with the HPV Human Papilloma Vaccine.  We are currently planning how we will be able to do this safely during the current Covid-19 pandemic.  We will be in touch shortly with more information, in the meantime.

Please visit to complete the consent form.  The option to consent or decline the vaccination is at the end of the questionnaire so please complete even if you do not want your child to have the vaccination.

Your unique school code for City of Derby Academy is DC145132

PPE Donation

Wednesday 8th April 2020

We are delighted to announce that CODA has donated nearly 100 pairs of goggles/eye protection to the NHS in Derby today.  In these difficult times it is communities working together that will win through.  So proud of the staff who have made this happen and the NHS were very grateful.
